Before being drafted and dominating for the Washington Wizards, Next Star Alex Sarr was shining on NBL courts all over Australia and New Zealand.

In particular was his performance on January 27, 2024 for the Perth Wildcats.

The French big man scored a career-high 18 points (on 6/8 shooting form the field as well as 6/6 free throws), 5 blocks, 2 rebounds and 1 steal.

This performance helped the Perth Wildcats defeat the South East Melbourne Phoenix 103-91 at the State Basketball Centre.
